Arman "Geno" Hall is being called the world's fastest teen after his phenomenal showing at the I-A-A-F World Youth Championships in France.
Hall finished the 400 meter run in 46 seconds!
According to the I-A-A-F website, Hall's time was the second fastest ever recorded in the competition.
Hall also won a gold medal in the 400-meter relay.
