Family Claims Miracle Saved Drowning Son

A family in Phoenix believe a miracle saved their two year old son.

Caleb Teodorescu was technically dead for nearly 30 minutes after falling into the family pool and nearly drowning.

His mom found him at the bottom and pulled him out.

Doctors were able to get his heart beating again and him breathing.

Caleb's parents were told he would never be the same and that people who have near drownings usually suffer brain damage.

A week after the incident, Caleb has made a complete recovery -- baffling his doctor.

"He told us in his 23 years of being with the hospital in the pediatric intensive care unit they did not have a case like this. Not even close. He said out of the good outcomes, he is the best, of the best, of the best."

Doctors say Caleb's brain, heart and other organs are fine.
