A panic stricken little dog survived running through Portland, Oregon rush hour traffic Monday (9/26).
Mango -- the three year old Pomeranian is now back in the arms of her mother Linda Dowdy.
Mango first appeared on Banfield traffic cameras at around 4:30 pm after slipping off her collar and taking off.
Cars stopped on the freeway and drivers tried to help the scared dog, who turned tail and ran.
Mango led commuters on a slow speed chase, and at one point she ran back around two stopped cars and came face to face with oncoming rush hour traffic -- and then turned tail and ran again.
She eventually found her way to Madison High School where she was reunited with her beloved owner.
