If you are single and looking for a job you may have better luck than someone who is married.
That's according to the U.S. Department of Labor.
The agency says, of the 5,000,000 jobs lost among single people, 90% have jobs again.
The labor department also says of the 6,000,000 jobs lost among married people, only 22% have jobs now.
The study suggests married couples have the freedom to hold off in finding a new job.
That could be by choice though.
The same study suggests that in 2 income households married couples have more freedom in taking time to find a new job.
