Eating Disorders & Kids

Eating disorders among kids are on the rise.

Hospitalizations for eating disorders for kids under 12 rose more than 100 percent during the past decade. Adolescent boys now make up 10 percent of all cases.

Researchers advise pediatricians to monitor patients for early signs of medical or nutritional problems.
