Title Games Set to Begin at South Regional Basketball Tournament

After three days and 24 games, the championship match-ups are set at the South Regional Basketball Tournament. 24 teams will battle for 12 spots in the Final 48 in Birmingham next week.

There will be six title games each on Friday and Saturday at the Dothan Civic Center. The schedule of championship games is listed below.

Friday, Feb. 22

5A Girls Regional Final - Faith Academy vs. B.C. Rain - 9 a.m.
5A Boys Regional Final - Eufaula vs. Faith Academy - 10:40 a.m.
6A Girls Regional Final - Blount vs. Murphy - 12:20 p.m.
6A Boys Regionall Final - McGill-Toolen vs. Blount - 2 p.m.
2A Girls Regional Final - Providence Christian vs. Elba - 3:40 p.m.
2A Boys Regional Final - Washington County vs. Elba - 5:20 p.m.

Saturday, Feb. 23

1A Girls Regional Final - Brantley vs. St. Luke's - 9 a.m.
1A Boys Regional Final - Brantley vs. J.F. Shields - 10:40 a.m.
4A Girls Regional Final - UMS-Wright vs. Clarke County - 12:20 p.m.
4A Boys Regional Final - Escambia County vs. Wilcox Central - 2 p.m.
3A Girls Regional Final - Straughn vs. Opp - 3:40 p.m.
3A Boys Regional Final - Cottage Hill vs. Southside-Selma - 5:20 p.m.
