A Dothan native is making a special trip back to the Wiregrass.

Teneshia Jackson-Warner is at the First Missionary Baptist Church tonight for the annual Martin Luther King Junior and Reverend Rochester Johnson Senior Scholarship Banquet.

It gives kids in Dothan scholarships each year.

Jackson-Warner is the recipient of the scholarship herself and says it makes all the difference.

Warner will be signing her recently published work, ‘Profit with a Purpose, tomorrow from 2 P.M. to 6 P.M. at the Wiregrass Commons Mall.
