My daughter and son in law is stationed in Anchorage Alaska and being dressed to impress isn't on their minds. She says that it is a very beautiful place and loves it. They aren't there to be seen but there to enjoy their stay for three years while he is serving our country so who cares what clothing they have and how much it cost. They dress for the weather not for the people.
