Potential Brain Cancer Treatment

A combination of Avastin with another drug is showing promise in fighting brain cancer.

Researchers at the Mayo Clinic found that pairing Avastin with a second drug called Dasatinib stopped the spread of tumors in a small group of patients.

A larger trial is underway.
