Fatal Crash in Ashford

A man is dead and four people are injured after a crash near Ashford.

It happened around 6P.M. yesterday on Pansey road.

Authorities say Jamie Lee Livingston was driving when he lost control, ran off the road and flipped his car.

Livingston was thrown from the vehicle and was pronounced dead on the scene.

Three children and an adult were passengers in that car and were transported to Southeast Alabama Medical Center.

They were treated for minor injuries and released a short time later.

Police are still investigating what caused the accident.
