Dangerous Downtown Opp Intersections

Opp city leaders say four-way stops just aren't cutting it at 2-downtown intersections.
Opp Mayor John Bartholomew says ... Traffic lights should be installed ... Because drivers simply aren't stopping.
Fortunately there haven't been any serious accidents. The traffic lights were replaced with the four-way stops several years ago…
