Dothan Police have arrested a man in connection to a 17-year old murder case.
A suspect is charged with first-degree robbery.
It's unclear at this time if he will also be charged with murder.

37-year-old Christopher Conrad is charged with stealing two guns that belonged to the victim in this cold case, Vernon North. Conrad is being held in the Houston County jail without bond.

Police found North's body in an R.V. behind Brian's Hobby shop in June 1997. Someone had shot and killed the 55-year-old. Now investigators say Conrad could be responsible.

Additional charges are possible in this ongoing investigation. Police say they are following leads and conducting interviews to close the case.

Records show Conrad was also charged with stealing prescription pain pills late last month.
