An SUV Boston police believe was rented by former New England Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez links the football player, who already faces a first-degree murder charge, to a pair of 2012 killings, CNN is reporting.
The Boston Police Department found a silver SUV with Rhode Island tags that they have been looking for in the July 16, 2012, killing of two people who were shot at a traffic light on Boston's south side. A source close to the investigation told CNN that Hernandez is believed to have been renting the SUV at the time.
