Newest Ariton Police Officer is First to Attend Full-Time Academy

Posted: 08/08/2014 - James Bradley is the first officer for the Ariton Police Department to complete the full time police academy. In the past, the officers have already completed the necessary training before coming to the Ariton force. Bradley just completed the 13 week program with the 520 Hour Basic Training Curriculum at the Northeast Alabama Law Enforcement Academy in Anniston, Ala. He said he could not have managed without the love and support of his wife, children, friends, the Ariton Police Department and the Dale County Sheriff's Office.
