It's nothing new for kids to want a puppy, so when these kids in Mansfield asked their dad for one, he thought he had a good plan.
He told the kids they would have to get a million likes Facebook.
So mom took a picture of a sign reading: “If we get a million likes, we get a puppy. Side note dad doesn't think we can do it.”
Once the sign went up, it took less than 6 hours for the Cordell’s to hit that million mark.
So dad came through on his promise.
They adopted what they think is a lab/shepard mix while on a trip to New York.
Her name is Millie Smore Cordell.
