The first game in the qualifying tournament of the 2013 World Baseball Classic got underway last night.
In Jupiter Florida, Israel and South Africa took the field to a crowd of over fifteen hundred fans and supporters.
It was a close game at first, but eventually Israel scored several runs in the top of the eighth inning, leading to their 7 to 3 win.
Tonight in Jupiter, France plays against Spain. Meanwhile, in Germany, Canada will take on great Britain.
