Wing Post Office Closure
Wing community residents are furious that their post office has been placed on a tentative closure list by the U.S. Postal service.

A small community in Covington County is on the list of 37-hundred post offices nationwide that could soon close.
Wing community residents say they're furious that their post office is on the possible hit list.
The alternatives are Baker, Florida and Florala. They are each about 20-miles away. Andalusia is more than 25-miles north.
For elderly residents who don't drive, a trip to the post office would be no small feat.
