Water World wrapped up its summer season this past weekend.
Although this year's numbers are lower compared to last year's.
Officials say overall they're pleased with this year's total turnout.
"We had a good season, we started out very strong , unfortunately the rain came in in august and sorta messed us up for the year but we had over 45,000 people who visited Water World this summer and that's in 91 operating days which is an average of 501 people a day," said Dothan Aquatics Manager Kelly Carter.
The water park will re-open next year in May.
