A Walton County man is behind bars after making two assaults under the same roof.
It happened around 3 o’clock this morning.
Police say Timothy Lee Brewster tried to assault an 11-year-old that was sleeping.
Fortunately the child was able to get away.
Brewster then tried to do the same, however he was stopped by another adult inside the home.
Police say Brewster threatened that person with a knife and then ran away.
However, he was found in some woods nearby shortly afterwords.
Brewster now faces charges for aggravated assault and lewd and lascivious behavior.
There is on word yet on what Brewster’s relationship is with either of the victims.
