Heavy rain and some severe storms moved through the wiregrass late Thursday evening.
And, that did include the Circle City, a.k.a Dothan.
The video you see above was shot in Dothan at 10pm Thursday.
At the time, Houston County was under a severe thunderstorm warning for the threat of damaging straight-line winds.
The rain was blinding at times, and several News 4 viewers reported interruptions in their power.
According to the Storm Prediction Center, several trees were reported down across Dothan as well.
And, like most of southeastern Alabama, Pike County and the city of Troy experienced heavy rains, strong winds, and frequent lightning.
No tornadoes were reported in Southeast Alabama.
