Video Games Could Improve Children's Health

The next time your child wants a video game, remember it's good for them!

Canadian researchers say that video games that involve physical activity can help children get more exercise.

These include ones such as those on the Nintendo Wii, which have motion control.

In a study they found kids who play the games get an average of 50 minutes of moderate to vigorous exercise each time.
