On February 26th, a search warrant was executed by the WCSO VICE/Narcotics Unit with the assistance of the Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco and the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, at 10 Sarasota Street, Apartment “B,” Miramar Beach.
The search resulted in the discovery of approximately two pounds of marijuana, candy containing hashish, several glass smoking devices and cut plastic straws, several vacuum sealers with bags for packaging, a plastic baggie containing cocaine and approximately $14,000 U.S. currency.
James David Martin Sanders, 25, of 10 Sarasota Street, Apt “B,” Miramar Beach, is charged with the selling and or distribution of marijuana, cocaine possession and narcotic equipment possession or use.
Samuel St Clair Serrato, 25, of 11 Summer Place Lane, Santa Rosa Beach, is charged with the selling and or distribution of marijuana. Both were arrested and booked in the Walton County Jail.
