Tuskegee Mayor Visits ESCC

Civil rights icon Rosa Parks was the subject of a black history event at enterprise state community college, today.
Longtime Tuskegee Mayor Johnny Ford was the guest speaker.
In 1972, Mayor Ford was one of the first African Americans elected to office in Alabama.
He says the "unveiling" of a Rosa Parks' statue in Washington, DC is of "great" historical significance for all Americans.
