The Alabama HOBY Leadership Conference brings hundreds of student leaders to campus of Troy University this weekend.
The seminar provides an opportunity to help build leadership skills already possessed in selected student ambassadors. Students were educated on a variety of things like volunteerism, public and civic service. They also had the opportunity to meet with business and government leaders during the weekend.
"I'm definitely going to bring back positivity, I think positivity is a key goal and I also want to bring out more leaders in my community," said Alexis Eisenberg a 2014 HOBY student ambassador.
All students selected were nominated by their respective high schools.
