A new residence hall is being built at Troy University.

The dorm will house 376 students.

It will feature a Catholic Ministry Center and chapel that will be the centerpiece of the development.

Housing will be open to all university students, but will be geared more towards Catholic students and any other students of faith.

Construction on the 11.8 million dollar residence hall is expected to be completed next August.
