Troy Dothan Expansion

With growing programs, the school had no choice but to expand. The Troy University Dothan campus addition is now open for students. The renovations were on the third floor of the Malone building. Thanks to 1.2 million dollars worth of renovations, students now have access to new classrooms, labs, and office space. The new space will house RN, BSN, human services, and social work programs.

"This expansion really gives us the opportunities to make linkages and partnerships with existing medical hospitals as well as the new medical college that will be coming in the near future and so we are looking forward to some cross-over programs that can help in that area," said Bob Willis, Troy Dothan Dean of students.

Willis says all they need now are decorations. Plans are in the works to break ground for a new building on campus within the year.
