The National Hurricane Center in Miami said Nadine is 740 miles south-southwest of the Azores islands, with top sustained winds of 65 mph (105 kph). It was moving west at 7 mph (11 kph) at 11 p.m. EDT Thursday.
Nadine has been swirling around the Atlantic for two weeks. No coastal watches or warnings are in effect.
In the Pacific, Miriam has been downgraded to a remnant low.
It is 440 miles (708 kilometers) west of the southern tip of Mexico's Baja California peninsula, with top sustained winds of 35 mph (56 kph).
Swells generated by Miriam should begin to subside Friday on the western coast of the southern and central peninsula by Friday.
Miriam is expected to drift southward over the next few days.
