Tropical Cyclone Rusty Bears Down on Australia

Residents in Port Hedland, northern Western Australia, are taking precautions ahead Cyclone Rusty, expected to hit at some point in the next 48 hours.

One woman said of the storm, "Bit nervous? A little bit. This is the biggest cyclone I've been through. So, it's more for their sakes than ours."

Mike Bergin of the Australian Bureau of Meteorology says, "[Parts of Australia] are likely to see communities impacted by quite dangerous and even destructive winds for quite a considerable period of time because of the slow movement of the storm."
