Transocean Deepwater Drilling Corporation will have to hand over documents related to the 2010 Gulf Oil Spill to the US Chemical Safety and Hazard Investigation Board.
The documents were collected by an internal investigation team. An appeals court said Transocean failed to justify action that would delay the Safety Board’s report on the explosion.
