A possible tornado was south of Samson, moving to the north of 30 miles per hour.
The National Weather Service has issued a Tornado Warning for Walton and Geneva Counties until 5:30am.
Other locations in the path of the storm include Hacoda, Gaskin, Piney Grove and Lowery.
