The Houston County Republican Women Bring in a Special Guest

Houston County Republican Women had a special guest at their luncheon Thursday.
Alabama Lieutenant Governor Kay Ivey stopped by to talk about the upcoming presidential election.

Ivey says Alabama is on the move and can only continue to do better with the election of a new president.
She told the ladies Romney and his wife are her friends, and the Romney’s will work hard to keep Alabama on a good path.

"They know about Alabama, they know what we stand for, less taxes, less government, more jobs." Alabama Lieutenant Governor Kay Ivey said.

Ivey believes this is one of the most important elections to date.
She's was also encouraging people to get out and vote.
