Tennessee Woman Suing Airline Over Hot Tea

A Tennessee woman is suing Southwest Airlines and a flight attendant over hot tea.

The woman claims the incident happened in December of last year on a flight to New Orleans.

She says a flight attendant brought her tea that was so hot she suffered second degree burns.

She also says the tea spilled into her lap, near her groin area.

And that it left her permanently scarred.
