DOTHAN, AL - The man accused of fatally shooting three people at a Houston County nightclub in August entered pleas Tuesday.
22-year-old Ryan Clark Petersen of Enterprise pleaded not guilty by mental disease or defect.
Petersen was arrested after a manhunt for killing three people and injuring another in a shooting spree at Teasers club in Wicksburg.
The judge has ordered a mental evaluation for Petersen. He's still being held without bond in the Houston County Jail.
