TX Fatal Veterans Parade Accident Update

The driver in last month's fatal parade float crash will not face criminal charges.
That's according to a public information officer for the city of Midland, Texas.
The November 15th collision with a freight train killed four veterans and injured more than a dozen other people.
The National Transportation Safety Board released its preliminary report on the crash earlier this week.
The NTSB says it could take 12 to 18 months to fully investigate the accident and issue a final report
