A suspect in three Bay County robberies has been arrested.
39 year old Michael Ramsey was arrested around nine Thursday night after a Bay County Sheriff's Deputy pulled him over near 11th Street and East Avenue in Panama City.
Investigators believe he is the suspect responsible for a string of robberies targeting 3 victims in Panama City Beach and one in Panama City.
The spree started around 7:30 Wednesday night at a home at 1219 Thomas Drive. The victim said he noticed a truck following him home then a man knocked on his door and robbed him.
The next robbery happened about 11:30 Wednesday night at the Condom Knowledge store on Thomas Drive. The same man pointed a leather holster at two employees demanded all the money in the cash register.
Then about 4:30 Thursday morning, he struck again at the Tom Thumb convenience store also on Thomas Drive, getting away with all the cash in the register.
Thursday night, a robbery happened at the Bay Breeze Coffee and Subs on Transmitter Road in Springfield by a man matching the description of the suspect of the three previous robberies.
Ramsey was stopped shortly after the robbery and in the car, warrant deputies found clothing, sunglasses, a gun holster, and a bandana all matched descriptions of the warrant suspect.
Ramsey has been charged with three counts of robbery with a firearm.
