Suspect Not Talking to Investigators in Deadly Theater Shooting


SAN DIEGO (AP) -- The suspect in a shooting that killed or wounded 71 people in suburban Denver is reportedly not talking to investigators. A law enforcement official briefed on the investigation says 24-year-old James Holmes has asked for a lawyer. The official also says police found jars of chemicals in Holmes' booby-trapped Aurora apartment with wires nearby.
