Students Hold 'Senior Adult Service Day'

Senior citizens got a free day of pampering Friday.

DOTHAN-AL--Dothan Technology Center hosted a 'Senior Adult Service Day.'

Students offered local senior citizens free healthcare screenings, car safety inspections, tips on small quick repairs and hand massages.

The students also offered the seniors time to unwind.

"We're just playing games with the seniors, we have dominoes and checkers set-up, we have snacks, coffee, fruit baskets and door prizes," said DTC Drafting Teacher Drew McKibben.

After the activities students served lunch to the seniors at their 'Techno Cafe.'
