Students Go Carolling at Senior Centers

Residents at the Henry County senior centers got a Christmas treat today.

Kindergarteners from Headland Elementary School came to sing Christmas songs.

Students were dressed up for the occasion, with their Santa and elf hats.

Students sang everything from Jingle Bells to Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer.

Residents say they look forward to this day every year.

"Wonderful we enjoy it so much and it brings so much joy for us and it has been so long since we have had little ones so it just means so much to us that they would come and sing to us it's just a blessing," said Betty Johnson, a resident at Dogwood Manor.

The center director said she loves having the students put residents in the holiday spirit.
