Earl Jones was at work when Monday's storms rolled through Fairfield. When he returned home, he found that a tree had fallen right through his house. "I never imagined this would happen," says Jones. While he rummaged through the debris, trying to save food and valuables, he counted his blessings. "I'm just glad I wasn't here to get injured. It fell right through the bedroom," he says, motioning towards the house.
Several trees were down in the Fairfield area, however few caused any significant damage.
