Sterling Garrett Manslaughter Trial

A jury in Coffee County determines the fate of a man charged with manslaughter.
They found Sterling Garrett guilty of vehicular homicide and two counts of assault.
In March 2010, the 25-year-old Brundidge, Alabama man crashed into a car on highway 167 in Northern Coffee County.
It killed 60-year-old Jerlene Clark and seriously injured her two daughters.
Following today's conviction, Circuit Judge Jeff Kelley sentenced Garrett to a total of five years in state prison.
