The price of sending mail may be going up again.
The U.S. Postal Service Board will look into hiking postage prices on all types of mail.
It would affect first-class mail, as well as businesses that mail periodicals, newspapers, magazines and marketing material.
This proposal comes after the Postal Service shelved a plan to end Saturday service because they didn't have legal authority to do so.
The Postal Service has been struggling financially because of a 2006 Congressional mandate that requires healthcare benefits for future retirees be pre-funded.
