Sheriff: Charges Unlikely in Fatal Henry Co. Stabbing

HENRY COUNTY, AL - Henry County Sheriff Will Maddox says charges are unlikely in this weekend's fatal stabbing.

The homicide investigation into Jamar Cooke's death does continue, however, and Maddox says the completed investigation will be presented to a grand jury within a year.

Cooke was fatally stabbed in a domestic dispute on Sunday, September 2.
