Severe Thunderstorm Warning: Holmes, Walton, Washington Counties until 2am

The National Weather Service has placed parts of Walton, Washington, and Holmes counties in Florida under a Severe Thunderstorm Warning until 2am Central Time.

Just before 1:20am Central, Weather Service meteorologists detected a severe thunderstorm capable of producing damaging straight-line winds up to or beyond 60 miles per hour near Bunker moving to the northeast at 25 miles per hour.

Locations that could be affected include: Ebro, Rock Hill, Bruce, Shady Grove, Red Bay, Douglass Crossroad and surrounding communities.
