Saturated Fat and Children

A recent study shows that parents eat more saturated fat than people without kids.

Researchers blame things like stops after school to pick up a quick snack of fries or chicken fingers.

While it may be saving you time, it could be hurting you!

High levels of saturated fats can lead to obesity, heart attacks, and high cholesterol.

The study followed more than twenty thousand adults for twenty years.
