SEACT's Driving Miss Daisy Tickets Now on Sale

Dothan: The Southeast Alabama Community Theatre box office is selling tickets for performances of Driving Miss Daisy, coming to the Cultural Arts Center November 12 – 16.

The 1988 Pulitzer Prize winning comedy-drama is presented by Extendicare and tells the story of an unlikely twenty-five year friendship between an aging, crotchety white Southern lady and a proud, uneducated, soft-spoken black man. This much-loved story explores themes of race, prejudice, friendship, and aging.

Tickets are available online at, or by contacting the SEACT box office (334) 794-0400. The office is open 9:00 – 1:00 week days. Tickets are $18 for adults and $15 for students/seniors/military with ID. Performances are November 12 – 16.

The box office opens each performance evening at 6:00 PM. Reserved seating is available at 6:30 PM. Curtain is at 7:00 PM nightly with a cash bar available. Performances are 90 minutes with no intermission.
