SARCOA Seeking Women for Senior Wiregrass Pageant

DOTHAN, AL, Jan. 24 - SARCOA is looking for women age 60 or older to participate in the eighth annual Ms. Senior Wiregrass pageant.

The pageant, co-sponsored by the City of Dothan, will be held March 26, 2013 at 6:30 p.m. at the Dothan Opera House. Contestant registration deadline is Feb. 11, and is limited to the first 15 applicants. Contestant entry fee is $35.

The Ms. Senior Wiregrass pageant celebrates graceful aging through intelligence, wisdom, talent and poise. We strive to make the pageant a fun and unforgettable experience.

Contestants must live in Barbour, Coffee, Covington, Dale, Geneva, Henry or Houston County and been a resident of Alabama for at least six months.

The winner of the Ms. Senior Wiregrass pageant will compete in the Ms. Senior Alabama pageant to be held during the summer. Participation in the state competition is encouraged but not mandatory.
