ANDALUSIA, Ala. – U.S. Representative Martha Roby (R-AL) will visit Andalusia tomorrow as part of a “District Work Week.”
Rep. Roby will speak at a lunch meeting of the Andalusia Rotary Club at noon. Rep. Roby will discuss ongoing efforts to keep federal agencies accountable, as well as work to enhance career and technical education (CTE) for students preparing for the workforce.
Later Tuesday, Roby will visit Andalusia’s Lurleen B. Wallace Community College for a tour and meetings with school officials. As a member of the Labor, Health and Human Services, Education, and Related Agencies Appropriations Subcommittee, Rep. Roby has placed a special emphasis on enhancing how students are connected to good-paying jobs through career and technical education programs.
