DOTHAN, AL--You'll soon see more road construction while you're driving around town.
It involves Range Street from Spring Street to Ross Clark Circle.
The Alabama Transportation Rehabilitation and Improvement Program, also known as ATRIP will fund the project.
It's estimated to cost $26, 950.
"We absolutely need to continue going over our infrastructure and our roads, that's one thing that is important to the community, to have good roads to drive on," said Mayor Mike Schmitz.
Mayor Schmitz says he's not sure when the work will start yet.
