Reducing Fall Allergies

If you suffer from seasonal allergies, you're probably reaching for the tissues right now, and some experts say this fall allergy season may be worse than normal.

That's because the unusually warm summer jumpstarted ragweed pollen, and experts say it may hang around longer.

And where you live could determine how badly you suffer.

According to The Asthma and Allergy Foundation, Louisville, Kentucky, tops the list of worst fall allergy cities.

But no matter where you live, there are some things you can do to ease your symptoms.

You can take over-the-counter medications, or ask your doctor about allergy shots. Keep your home dust free. Stay indoors at peak pollen times and make sure your heating ducts are clean.
