Quarterly AUSA Breakfast Shows Support from Community to Soldiers

THURSDAY -- More than 450 people gathered at the Enterprise Civic Center on Thursday morning for the quarterly Fort Rucker-Wiregrass AUSA Breakfast.

The breakfast is a way for the local communities to show their support for the soldiers. Key note speaker Lt. Gov. Kay Ivey addressed the crowd about the importance of continued support, and donations, for the troops.

"when people come together individually in collective support of something, the synergy matters," Lt. Gov. Ivey said. "Everybody gets the same message and everyone can go out and use their respective individual influences to grow the mission and grow the purposes."

Any soldier, civilian, government contracted worker or business is invited to join the AUSA. For more information visit AUSA.org.
